Business Certification

The purpose of this “Business Certification” certificate is to enable an organisation/business to demonstrate that all employees have successfully completed the Hand Hygiene Australia “COVID Work Safe-and-Clean” training program.

By downloading this document the person doing so is honestly and truthfully stating by their actions that they have verified that all employees in the specified organisation/business have been certified in the Hand Hygiene Australia “COVID Work Safe-and-Clean” training program. A record of each employee’s program completions should be stored and be available if requested.

The downloading and use of the Hand Hygiene Australia “Business Certification” certificate does not establish any binding or legal obligations on behalf of Hand Hygiene Australia.

Learning Module Information

The HHA Hand Hygiene learning modules have been developed to increase knowledge regarding hand hygiene practices as effective hand hygiene is the single most important strategy in preventing Healthcare Associated Infections. 

Hand Hygiene Australia aim to make hand hygiene "core business" for all healthcare workers.

Key learning module information:

  • Any person with an internet connection is able to access the HHA learning modules
  • All learners need to complete a registration as a new user the first time they access the system only
  • Once registered, login details are emailed to you, or provided on the screen (if no email supplied)
  • You can enrol in any module in the system
  • Modules can be completed an unlimited number of times
  • Access is free
